Striving For A Deeper Meaning In Our Work For our founder here at Cervello Homes, building has always been about more than materials, tools and checking boxes. After all, not every job affords you the opportunity to directly contribute to improving your clients’ at home lifestyle and make a meaningful difference to their quality of life. But that’s exactly what our founder has set out to do since our company’s founding. And we’re happy to say that our team has rapidly grown since that day, but each one of our builders, project managers and admin team has strived for the same reason ever since their first day. Our founder started Cervello Homes because he felt strongly that building could be so much more than just piecing materials together. Building homes was a surefire way to improve our small corner of the world (okay, so South West Sydney isn’t that small, but still), and our founder knew he had the talent, hard-working ethic, and skills to make it happen. Working in other companies, however, really limited his opportunity to do so. It was hard to embrace the same level of meaning when building a shopping mall, for example, compared to building a family’s new home. Therefore, starting Cevello Homes was an easy decision for our founder and one he hasn’t regretted since. |  |
